At the front end, the process is designed to be extremely simple for the visitor. A customer, tourist, or visitor comes to the kiosk and selects the required ticket category such as Adult, Children, Foreign Tourist, or other configured options. The kiosk then displays the total payable amount for all selected tickets and asks for confirmation before proceeding. Once the visitor chooses to continue, a final BHIM UPI QR code is displayed on the screen for payment. As soon as the payment is successfully completed, the kiosk instantly prints the ticket with a QR code using the external Bluetooth printer. This printed QR-based ticket can then be used later for gate-pass scanning and entry validation. After successful payment, the screen shows a payment success notification and automatically resets for the next visitor, making the overall process efficient and user-friendly.
